DEGREES OF STUDY:

2000, Ph.D. in Physics.
Rheinisch-Westfaelischen Technischen Hochschule, Aachen (Germany).Thesis title: “Electronic Structure of Low-Dimensional Magnetic Systems”, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rer. Nat. P.H. Dederichs at the Institut fuer Festkoerperforschung, Forschungszentrum Juelich.

1996, Degree in Physics.
University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Thesis title: “Correlation effects in valence and core states of ferromagnetic Nickel”, under the supervision of Prof. Franca Manghi.
