In the fascinating and intriguing field of quantum electronics for quantum computation, InAs nanowires are still key players, long studied by several groups. Our group among them, has specialized in the MBE growth issues which provided the basic tools for the formation of suitable devices and performing related studies. Among them, the nanowires crystal structure, formation of nanowires intersections, adhesion of a superconducting layer and incorporation of a magnetic ingredient. All these will be reviewed in my talk including up to date results.
