In this seminar I will discuss the nonlocal thermoelectric performances of topological Josephson junctions hosting a pair of helical edge states. The nonlocal signature is observed using a normal metal probe coupled with only one of the helical edges in the middle of the junction. We investigate how the magnetic flux bias and the Josephson phase difference trigger the nonlocal thermoelectric effect in the probe when a temperature bias is applied to the superconducting terminals. We argue that this purely nonlocal thermoelectric effect is a unique signature of the helical nature of the edge states. We fully characterize thermoelectric response and performance of this hybrid junction in a wide range of parameters, demonstrating that the external magnetic flux and the Josephson phase bias can be used as knobs to control the thermoelectric response and the heat flow in a novel device based on topological junctions.
