Research Interests

Growth and characterization of semiconductor nanowires by means of molecular and chemical beam epitaxy. Growth of axial and radial nanowire heterostructures using Au-assisted, self-assisted and catalyst-free methods. Chemical, morphological and structural characterization of semiconductor nanostructures.
