I’m the coordinator of the Nanofabrication Laboratory with a strong expertise in the application of dual beam technology – focused ion beam (FIB) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) – to the nanofabrication and analysis of materials. Along with research, a relevant part of my activity is also devoted to commercial contracts with industry. I’m author of more than 100 scientific publications (H-Index 23) and member of the scientific committee of the International Focused Electron Beam Induced Processing (FEBIP) Workshop.
