Two-dimensional excitonic insulators Workshop

From the 1st to the 3rd September 20025 Cnr Nano is excited to host the fourth edition of this international workshop, bringing together leading scientists to discuss excitonic condensation and macroscopic quantum coherence in low-dimensional systems.

Three days of talks, poster sessions and open discussions will explore:
-  Novel materials and fingerprints of the excitonic phase
-  Connections with other unconventional phases
-  Theoretical and computational challenges in interacting 2D systems

This Two-dimensional excitonic insulators Workshop edition follows the three previous workshops that took place in 2018, 2021 and 2023, and it is organised by: Hope Bretscher (MPI), Elisa Molinari (UniMoRe), Massimo Rontani (Cnr Nano).
